Deleting your account here does the same thing as deleting it in the mobile app. You do not need to install the app to remove your data.

Choose what Stratum tells you about. In-app alerts appear in your inbox; Push alerts arrive on your phone through the Stratum mobile app. Everything is on until you turn it off.

This permanently removes your personal information from Stratum and closes your sign-in. It cannot be undone.

Kept by your organization
- Inspections and AI findings
- Photos and annotations
- Corrective actions
- Toolbox talk attendance
- Names already printed on documents you signed
Inspection records belong to your organization, not to you personally, and MSHA recordkeeping requires them to be retained after an inspector leaves. Signatures already given stay on the documents they signed — that is what makes them a record.
Transfer ownership first
You are the only admin of this organization. Choose who takes over — the organization cannot be left without an admin.
